Privacy Policy
How FortiPay handles information collected through this website. Data required for payment services is covered separately during onboarding.
Updated 14 October 2026
What we collect
When you contact us, we save your work email, company or website, selected payment-volume range and message, together with the submission time, request reference and consent record. Email and company are required; volume and message are optional.
Hosting providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form does not collect payment details or identity documents.
For security monitoring on crm.fortipay.io, we record the time and IP address of sign-in attempts within the daily attempt limit and send alerts through Resend to our Gmail inbox. Usernames and passwords are not collected. Security records and notification emails remain stored until manually deleted.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to understand your requirements, discuss a connection and respond to you. The form asks for your consent to this use. Submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who has access
Access to enquiries is restricted. Hosting and storage providers, including Cloudflare, support the FortiPay website. When email delivery is enabled, enquiries are also sent through Resend to our Gmail inbox, operated by Google. They may process information outside your country.
This website does not sell enquiry data, share it with advertising platforms or automatically transfer it to an external CRM.
Cookies and external resources
We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use necessary authentication and security cookies.
The site loads its font from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and technical request information to deliver it.
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical browser and network information for this check. The application does not save IP addresses in enquiry records or include them in enquiry notification emails.
Storage and protection
Enquiries are stored until manually deleted; an automatic deletion period has not been set. You can request deletion using the contact form.
The website uses HTTPS, validates submissions and restricts access to enquiry records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy and complain to a data protection authority.
For a privacy request, use the contact form and include the email or reference from your original enquiry. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
